This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead our growth in US and grow our amazing team.

In this role you will be able to provide your know how and experience in building our recruiting and onboarding processes in US to grow our strong team of sales, pre-sales, marketing and operations professionals both in DC as well as in our NYC site as well as remotely.

In This Job You Will

  • Provide full lifecycle recruitment for our USA based positions on a national level; from opening the position, through sourcing and HR interviews, until hire and onboarding
  • Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, employer branding and other strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Engage and maintain a relationship with recruitment agencies
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Conduct phone and HR interviews
  • Collaborate with our HR team, located in our HQ
  • Manage the recruitment process using our ATS (Comeet)


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within the US in a high-growth high-tech company
  • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and doing what it takes to find the right candidates
  • Experience recruiting for business oriented roles, such as Sales Directors
  • Ability to build trust with the candidates and with the hiring managers
  • Experience working with an ATS (Comeet – advantage)
