Voyager is looking for an awesome Office Manager and HR support to join our team, to be responsible for all office operations and logistics, ensuring organizational effectiveness. We are looking for creative, detail-oriented team player to help and support our company’s local and global growth.
· Managing all administrative and logistical aspects of the office.
· Managing office duties such as: purchasing office equipment, working with suppliers and cleaning company, ordering refreshment, paying bills, errands, shopping and anything else needed for the office to run smoothly.
· Welcoming new employees, involvement in the recruitment and orientation processes.
· Managing office G&A budget - contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
· Managing office upkeep, with daily maintenance coordination.
· Minimum 3 years' professional experience in office management and HR admin in a hi-tech company- Must.
· Excellent English / Hebrew - both written and verbal.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Self-starter, with ability to work independently and to handle projects from start to finish.
· Strong interpersonal skills: friendly and professional.
